Verification, initializing and encoding for all types of cards (plastic, paper or Teslin). Whether it’s the last step before cards are shipped by the supplier, or the first step when they are received by the card customer, we can check card data and visual integrity as well as setup cards so they are ready for use. A compact special-purpose unit can be developed to meet your requirements.

High-speed reading, writing, verification and packaging of electronic media. Building on our experience with plastic chip cards we have developed designs for reading and writing personalized CDs at speeds up to 3600 per hour. This system allows a corporation to send out personalized investment information and annual reports to their shareholders, or a music company to create personalized CDs of their customers’ favorite music.

Precision placement onto a glue-patterned surface. We have adapted our label systems for medical, pharmaceutical and other applications that need high-speed methods for applying material onto sticky surfaces. For example, for bandages or medicated patches.

Very high-speed, selective packaging. With six or more feeders under computer control, these systems allow secure, random selection and packaging of lottery tickets or promotional coupons at speeds of 250,000 items per hour.
