The PowerStick Nonstop Applicator (patent pending) is a self-contained unit that enables continuous operation without any external equipment for splicing or waste handling. This is important because our high speed applicator uses up labels fast.

PowerStick is designed for use on high speed webs - up to 3,000 FPM (900 meters/min). So a 20 inch roll of labels is consumed quickly. Depending on web speed, repeat and label size, it's approximately 20 minutes between roll changes.

Our nonstop machine is actually 2 machines in one frame with intelligent sensors and software control. It automatically handles end of roll and break conditions, switching to the other unit without interrupting label application. Watch the videos below to see how automatic switch-over works.
